About my practice

The path to healing can feel like a long, lonely road and you're not sure where it ends or even sometimes begins.  It's normal to feel this way and you've already taken the first steps towards healing. I can help support and guide you using a holistic approach to treatment with emphasis on mind, body and spirit.

I am a trauma therapy specialist (with experience in domestic abuse and sexual assault specifically), as well as a children's and LGBT+ community mental health professional.  The treatment plan we come up with will incorporate techniques from the schools of Bowen Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, cognitive behavior therapy and EMDR.

I have Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Saybrook University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Western Washington University and I am licensed in the State of Washington as a Mental Health Counselor. I have over eight years of experience working with people who have decided they could use a guide as they find their way down their own paths.
